Do you accept AfterPay, Humm, Laybuy or other Buy Now Pay Later Options?

With banks such as netbank, commbank and many more now offering their own bnpl options, to keep our costs at a minimum for all guests to Animate Hair, we no longer offer afterpay. 

BNPL options via the banks are now an inexpensive way for salon guests & online shoppers to still have that pay in 4 option with out the business having to raise prices to cover these fees. 

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges are currently:
$15 (Standard Shipping) within domestic Australia or FREE (Standard Shipping) within Domestic Australia with a minimum spend of $150.
Express Shipping within Australia is $30.
FREE (Standard Shipping) automatically applies at checkout - no code required.

*Free Shipping Promo may not be available for select electrical items.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are unable to ship internationally however we hope to have this available for you in the near future.

Where is my order?

We strive to have your order packed and processed on the same business day but can take up to 3-5 business days during busy periods. Australian Domestic delivery generally takes 2-5 business days once received by Australia Post but can take longer depending on public holidays and other factors out of our control such as covid-19. When your order's ready to leave our store we'll email to let you know with the updated tracking number and links so you can keep an eye out for your package arriving.

Once Australia Post has received the package, we cannot be held responsible for any time frames /delays that they may occur especially due to weather, covid 19 or peak busy times.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We can attempt to cancel your order, please text/call us immediately on 0467792082 to request this. Please know this can't be guaranteed! We can attempt to cancel an order before delivery but once shipping has been arranged, we cannot adjust the order. Please see our return/refund policy for further information.

If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect call/text us immediately on 0467792082. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted if you are able to reach us before delivery has been arranged. Please know this can't be guaranteed! If your order has already been delivered or shipped to the incorrect address it is out of our hands and you will have to lodge an investigation with the courier company.

Please understand all sale items are final and refunds will not be offered on sale items. We appreciate your understanding on this. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Card, Paypal and Afterpay for all online purchases. We also accept cash for in-store purchases.

What is your return/exchange/refund policy for products?

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for our products. If there is a fault with your order, we will happily exchange with proof of the faulty item within 7 days of parcel delivery date via an auspost lodgement.

Please note we cannot accept any exchanges, returns or refunds for opened/used items such as combs/brushes etc. We cannot accept exchanges, returns or refunds for any hair care, beard care, skincare, cosmetics or electricals unless proven and deemed faulty by Animate Hair and Beauty.

What is your return/exchange/refund policy for services?

We don’t offer refunds or adjustment services for simply change of mind.

Animate Hair and Beauty does not refund for any services provided. We pride ourselves on 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should a customer find themselves unhappy with the service provided, please contact Animate Hair and Beauty within 7 days of your completed service to discuss your options for an adjustment on your hair service. Please note this is considered case by case and is at the discretion of Animate Hair and Beauty. This is not valid for "change of mind".

Exclusion: services will not be refunded and customers will not be offered an adjustment on their service relating to hair integrity and colour longevity should the customer not follow the after care advice and use the professional products recommended by Animate Hair and Beauty. No refunds or adjustment services will be provided for toner, styling or fashion shade colour fade outs. 

Should animate hair and beauty decide to provide an exception, any refund will be less 10%.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and resale is prohibited. If a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in the circumstances.

Animate Hair and Beauty Cancellation & Lateness Policy

All booking fee deposits are non refundable if 48hrs notice is not provided. Should you pay a deposit and provide more than 48hours notice to reschedule/cancel an appointment, please call us immediately. Any refund/s that you may be eligible for are not automated and will be less 10% of the amount paid.

IMPORTANT PRICING INFORMATION:
**** Please note, all quotes are finalised in person at the start of your appointment prior to starting any services. Prior to your appointment, all quotes, online and appointment prices are estimates only.

Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service as we may not be able to complete your service in the remaining time frame. Should we not hear from you within 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged the entire booking fee deposit in Liew of the service.

Should Animate Hair and Beauty need to cancel an appointment due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, illness or other unforeseen events, we will contact you via phone call to reschedule your appointment for the next available time slot.
